Balconies are available in any size from Elite Spiral Stairs, we have the experience and skills to custom build balconies to almost any situation.
Balconies are manufactured using Steel box section for maximum strength and the can use either Cast Iron filigree, sheet Steel or solid hardwood decking.

This landing is complete with E4 cast reeded balusters and E18 newell posts. This is a 1370mm diameter bespoke "Victorian" spiral stair used to gain access to the balcony landing. |

This landing was designed and manufactured by Elite Spiral Stairs to the customers requirments using the Elite decorative Cast Iron filagree floor panels. Elite Spiral Stairs can manufacture landings and platforms to any size or shape. The balcony is highlighted by the Elite cast E4 reeded baluster then using plain E1 round balusters as infills. |

The balcony featured was designed to serve two first floor french doors, leading to a raised garden area.
The filagree decking plates are made from genuine Cast Iron. The filagree plates are available in 2 sizes as standard, 1000mm x 250mm & 730mm x 365mm. |

Balconies are available with any balusters and newell posts manufactured by Elite. Guardrails for external balconies need to be 1100mm high and spaced at no more then 100mm sphere to comply to BS5395. |
