We manufacture our spiral staircases with overall diameters ranging from 1020mm to 2500mm.
Ideally you need room for the diameter of the staircase + 100mm. Example, for a 1370mm diameter staircase you would need 1470mm space. We do understand that this isn’t always possible and there are ways we can get around this, please feel free to contact our technical team if you would like us to help.

We do offer a site survey and design service at a cost of £150 + VAT (within 100 miles of our Warwickshire base, further distances covered at a cost). If you then decide to place an order with 4 weeks of receiving the results from the survey, we will credit 100% of this cost against your order.

As standard, all timber components of the staircase are sanded and left untreated. Most of our clients have their own ideas of how they want the timber to look and apply a stain/lacquer/wax themselves, to match in with existing timber in their properties.
If you would prefer us to treat the timber for you please let us know at the time of quote/ordering.

We can offer any colour of your choice on the RAL chart. Paint finishes are available in eggshell, satin and semi gloss.

We try to manufacture the staircases so there is as little fabrication as possible when installing. Each staircase is mock installed in our factories to ensure everything fits perfectly, then dissembled and palletised ready for delivery.
Full installation instructions and diagrams are provided.

As standard, any staircase with Steel handrails will require some welding on site.
We do understand though that sometimes this isn’t possible or desired. Therefore we have designed a no-weld system where, for a small charge, we will fix brackets to all the relevant points of the staircase. This can then be installed on site using allen key fixings. Dependant on location, yes we do. We have an experienced team of fitters willing to travel reasonable distances from our Warwickshire base. Please contact us for more information.
